Jon B. Allison is a graduate of the University of Michigan and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. Mr. Allison is an experienced litigator who practices in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of employment contract and non-competition. He practices in federal and state trial and appellate courts and in federal and state agencies and commissions. Mr. Allison has achieved numerous successful results for his clients over the years. He has won multiple jury trials. Mr. Allison is rated as a Super Lawyer and included among Best Lawyers in America. He also lectures on employment law. Mr. Allison lives in Mt. Lookout with his spouse and two children.
